Children's Screenings

Join us for a FREE afternoon children's screening in our
73-seat High Definition Theater!

Reservations can be made beginning on the Monday of the week when a screening is scheduled by calling the Events RSVP Line at (212) 833-7858. Remaining tickets will be distributed 30 minutes prior to the start of the screening on a first come first serve basis. Admission will be closed to ticket holders 15 minutes after the screening Children under 18 will not be admitted unless accompanied by an adult.

SESAME STREET: ELMO AND ZOE'S SCIENTIFIC EXPLORATION

2 p.m.

Will Rocco the rock float? Will a leaf sink? Join Elmo, Zoe, Telly and Gordon as they test out hypotheses with experiments about floating, sinking, and sliding. Also, join Global Grover as he returns from Nicaragua to explain how bricks are made.

Join us for a special double feature of Nick Jr.'s animated character Kai-Lan. In Kai-Lan’s Trip To China, Kai-Lan’s aunt, Gu Nai Nai, invites her and her friends to visit China. During her visit, Kai-Lan meets a real baby panda and gets to try lots of new things. In Rain or Shine, when a super sunny day turns into a rainy day, Kai-Lan thinks of exciting ways to play in the rain. Jumping in puddles and sliding on lotus leaves is just the beginning of her fun!

SESAME STREET: PRESCHOOL IS COOL – COUNTING WITH ELMO

Professor Grover, a preschool teacher, and his helper, Elmo, prepare for today’s counting lesson in a real preschool. When Professor Grover starts to have a little bit of trouble remembering what each number is, he needs Elmo and the class to give him a helping hand. When Kai-Lan and Lulu want to play different things, they all learn about compromising.
